I'm actually feeling sore after the workout today which I also haven't experienced in a while. It's a good feeling. I also ate a lot cleaner today, no cheating at all. The appetite is slowly coming back but mostly I ate clean because I know I have to tackle "Dirty Rodriguez" bright and early tomorrow morning and I feel like that is something I may not want to have a full stomach for.

I wanted to do Rx and thought I could since DL are my strong area but I had to drop the weight to #105 after 2 rounds. Not the best but I finished and didn't have to take breaks.
