Crossfit'll make you jump, jump...

WOD

This was a good one to end on, it was tough doing those jumps once I hit round 5 and 6. My thighs burned all day, especially after the thrusters from Sunday.

I'm out for a week on vacation in Hawaii but I'll be visiting Crossfit Oahu for some great workouts, well maybe just 1 or 2, after all I am on vacation.
